I chose the virtue frugality. Frugality basically means constantly saving or sparing or not wasteful.I chose this virtue because I need to start saving money. One of the reasons I need to save money is for college. Another one is because I am almost 18 and you never know what could happen. For example, your parents could kick you out of your house and what are you going to do if you have no money saved to rent an apartment, but if you have money saved up then you can just rent out an apartment until your parents want you back in the house. So that is why it is always good to have money saved for any kind of emergency.
I think if I tried hard enough I could work on really perfecting this virtue because at sometimes I can really save up money if I want something bad enough. I am going to try to save up a hundred dollars from each of my pay checks for a month so that I know if something comes up I have money to fall back on. It really is a good thing to save up money so that you have it do what you want with it later on down the road. I think I can do this!
Update 1: I have been working on this virtue for like 3 days now, and I have been doing good. I have been saving the money that my parents give me on the weekdays for the weekends so they do not have to give me money then and I do not have to waste time asking for it either. I think I picked a good virtue to work on and i hope i keep up what I am doing.
Update 2: It has now been like a week and i have saved up enough money for what i have been wanting for like a year now. I have always wanted a labtop because it it is smaller than a regular pc and because i can take it anywhere i go. I just recently got enough to get this computer and now that i know i can buy it i am really happy. I think i am going to the bank today to get my money out and then i am going to go an get it. I am so happy!

Update 3: Thank you miss V. Now that i got what I wanted i now have to save up money again in my bank because i will not have an account if I do not have a lot of money in there. This is going to be my biggest feat because if I do not do this then my beank account will get closed down and that is not what I want to happen. I hope i can conquer this!
Update 4: I am still saving up money so that i can get my bank account back up and running! My grandmother said that i need $250 in my bank account by the time i am 18 years old because if i dont have that ammount in there they will either start charging me for the account or they will completely just get rid of it. I think i am going to continue working on frugality so that i can get past this bank issue!
